The location is extremely convenient — close to grocery stores, public transportation, and several restaurants and cafes. The building felt safe, with secure keycard entry and responsive management. The apartment itself was clean upon move-in, with modern appliances and a functional layout that made the space feel larger than expected.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust recently moved in, but so far I’m very happy. For the price, you really can’t beat this place. Biggest positive is the location. Walkable to nearly everything you could need, a DART train station literally at your front door, museums and restaurants all around. The unit itself is really nice. The building’s common areas are kept up with pretty well, washers dryers in every unit, open and spacious floor plan with a great view. Gated parking garage. Melanie was great during our tour of the place and has continued to be super helpful with answering questions as they arise and addressing things with a quickness. During our move in, Sunny was helpful as well and the couple minor hiccups that we had, she made sure were handled promptly. Super happy here so far

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHad a mixed experience. The location is great. Amenities are good. Parking is great.
However, there were some significant downsides. The walls are incredibly thin, and I often found myself waking up to loud music or late-night arguments from neighboring units. Neighbourhood is dangerous. I dealt with a roach problem that took multiple calls to management to address, and the lack of privacy in shared laundry facilities was frustrating. To top it off, my rent was raised significantly after the first year, making me reconsider if this is the place for me long-term.

Now I’m going to give three stars for the building needs some touch up and cleaning Also the carpet in the hall ways needs to be taken up or replaced it has a funny smell.
