The clubhouse is nice, the gym is okay and the pool area is very pretty
I appreciate the free snacks and drinks at the front office and arrive team has always been very friendly and approachable
The cons about living at this apartment have little to do with the apartment itself.
The homeless and street dealers are always around the corner and the trains horn is very loud. I wouldn’t live here with a family but as a place for young folks who want to be in the city, it’s a good price and place.

This apartment give me feel like home. I recommend all of my friend who will stay in dallas to stay in this apartment. I’m so happy can stay here and i got so many experiences to enjoy dallas.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love it here. I’m just hoping that the rent doesn’t increase too much when our lease expires. If it does, we won’t be able to stay. Also, I’m not sure what happens to the elevator but it’s really inconvenient when the elevator is down.
