Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI been here for 2 years and haven't had any issues at all, my apartment is absolutely fabulous. The only thing I would change is stainless steal appliances and nicer counter tops. They also have some tenants with dogs which their too lazy to clean their dogs feces up. So that makes me mad because we have carpet in our hallways. With COVID they have been keeping the elevator and amenities clean.
I have enjoyed it so far, Jennifer does everything she can to make you feel at home. Maintenance is quick and all staff is professional. Parking can get a little packed so I hope start back watching those that are not suppose to be parked here. Of course it's an awesome location. Lots of homeless but that's a city issue and we are downtown so I expect that somewhat.
